This policy explains how Joel Becker ("I", "me") handles information collected through this website and through text-message (SMS) notifications sent by my personal assistant.

Information collected

• Mobile phone number you provide on the SMS opt-in form, together with the date and time of your consent and basic technical details of the submission (such as IP address) kept as a record of consent.
• Message content of texts exchanged with the assistant, so that requests can be handled and followed up.

How it is used

Your phone number and message content are used only to coordinate with you: customer care replies, account notifications, and delivery or scheduling updates. Messages are informational. They are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS notifications, opt-in, and sharing

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties except as needed to deliver the messaging service.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP to any message for assistance. Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Retention and security

Opt-in records are kept for as long as needed to demonstrate consent and to provide the messaging service. Information is stored with access limited to me and the vendors named above.
